Liberation

On September 17 1944 thousands of paratroopers dropped in the vicinity of Nijmegen as part of Operation Market Garden. Their target: to make a swift end to the war. May soldiers and civilians lost their lives. Operation Market Garden symbols the beginning of the liberation. "Liberation"and "Market Garden" are the themes of the exposition. One of my works will be in this exposition
